City on a Hill Charter Public School is a high school that serves Boston students in grades 9-12.

Coming from a myriad of middle schools all over the city, City on a Hill students arrive to CoaH dreadfully behind. Seventy-three percent of recent incoming freshmen class tested below grade level in reading with 40% reading below the 6th grade level. Almost two-thirds were not proficient in math.
