City on a Hill Charter Public School is led by our Principal Team, which consists of our Chief of School, Sonya Pratt, and Principal, Laura Edouard. Ms. Pratt and Ms. Edouard have worked at City on a Hill for a combined thirty years, and have held several positions, including History Teacher, Advisor Dean of Citizenship, Vice Principal, and Founding Principal.
